I'm retired now, but I used to counsel people on their discovery and application of Kundalini - their inborn natural self healing system.

Kundalini's healing energy is "shakti" (ki or chi). Its energy enables every human to reintegrate him or herself on all levels of personal and universal reality.

Kundalini's healing energy enables everyone to recognize, reclaim and realize their full reality - the divine human - which is who we were from the beginning, still are and will forever be (but... may have been made to temporarily forget!)

I have other interests about which I write in separate blogs.
